For most people, diets seem to work, at least for a little while. But if you are one of the few that has experienced diet problems, you know how frustrating it can be.

Final Post Of My Blog...


      Maybe Everyone know ready after saw this pictures. I failed to achieve my goals as I planned before. I am still in my beginning stage of my plans. I tried to do as I planned but I failed to do exercise every day. Can say am lack of discipline and also lack of time to maintain it. I managed to lose 7Kg instead of my goal weight. I supposed to exercise every day for 2 hours but at the end I did exercise once a week or maximum twice a week. Saturday and Sunday the only days I could exercise in the whole week. Since am traveling every day to college, it took long hours for me to reach home. Even though I know this is not a reason for not achieve my goals, I did tried my best.
           I learned lot of information since I create this blog. The good and bad exercising, the food we consume every day, the danger of obesity and overweight, diseases and more. I learned more than I wrote in my blog. I was so busy with my assignment and presentation in the last week. I did not exercise well and totally didn’t follow my blog.
           Whatever it is, I promise myself that I will lose weight as I planned by end of this year. My January semester will be something new and people will see the changes in me. Although I’m sad I didn’t achieve my goals for this subject, I still will continue my plans and will success in it.
