It’s been few weeks and I supposed to reduce almost 10Kg by this week. Even I planned to do so, time also should be my site. I tried to exercise everyday but I just managed to do twice a week instead every day. Since I have to travel every day from house to college, which takes more than 2 hours one way makes me tired. Other than that, reach home late makes me short of time to do exercise.
Since my parents bought few exercise equipment for me to use, every time I will use those to exercise. Even I planned to burn certain amount of calories, still until this week I haven’t reach my goals.Monday, 20 June 2011
