Eat more vegetables and fruit

  • Keep in front - Keep more fruit out where you can see it.
  •  Every day will be fine - Get some every meal, every day.
  •  Explore more - Explore more about fruits and vegetables and choose something new always.
  • Bag the potatoes – try whole grains recipes as an alternative to potatoes.
  •  Make it a meal – Try some healthy recipe where vegetables take center stage.


Achieving a healthy weight.

  •  Ban the strange diets – They might work in short term, but will fail in the end.
  •  Be more active – Exercise more to achieve the goal. Exercise is the best mantra    always.
  •  Turn off the television – watching less TV can give you more time to be active.
  •  Skip the sugary drinks – Drinking sugared soda, fruit drinks and juice can add several hundred calories a day without realizing it.
  • Think before you eat – Before you reach any snack to eat, think and choose it. Ask yourself, Am I really hungry?


Getting more physical activity.

  • Choose activities you like – Choose activities that you will enjoy to do. A lot of things included as exercise: dancing, walking, gardening, playing and more.
  • Try a pedometer – It’s cheap and easy to use. It helps you to keep track how active you are.
  • Piece your workout together – Do exercise whenever you are free. Ten minutes morning, noon and night can consider as 30 minutes per day.
  •  Exercise with your friends – Find a workout partner can help you on track and motivated.
  • Take lunch on the move – Do not spend your lunch time sitting. Grab your lunch and go for a walk with your co-worker or partner.
