I realized something in these few days. I was so determine to do my exercises and also burn my calories. Suppose I should start exercise from Monday, but until now for exercise I just could burn like 80 calories. Traveling makes my day more worst then anything. It almost took 2 to 3 hours to reach house. Since my classes finish at 5pm, I reach home around 8pm and I exercise like 30 to 40 min and then have to be ready to do my assignments.
WOW…… no life ready. Getting worst then it used to be. Hahahahaha. The only thing that I can do properly so far is my diet. I eat low calorie breakfast and lunch with what I planned so far. Combination of exercise and balance food will show us the good result that we need. Need to redo again my whole life now.
So far I managed to burn 100 calories. Need another 80 calories by end of this week. Oh GOD….. please send this train on time.
